Packaging. All items are packaged with maximum care and are shipped with a regular commercial invoice attached.
Shipping costs. The shipping and delivery costs are at the charge of the Client and are indicated at the bottom of the order as additional to the selected item’s cost. Shipping costs are established on the basis of the total weight of the item purchased, of the mode of shipping selected by the Client and of the geographical area where it is delivered. (Shipping costs may be subject to variations in case of promotional campaigns under way). In case of orders for various numbers of copies, and of purchasing by bookshops, tour operators, schools and other similar educational or cultural institutions, discounts and special offers are foreseen.
Shipping in Italy. Shipping is made through standard mail or express courier and the cost varies according to the shipping method chosen and the weight of the books ordered.
The package will be shipped within 2 working days from the date of Publisher’s actual receipt of payment.
International shipping. Shipments are made through standard mail or express courier. Costs varies according to the shipping method chosen, the country of destination and weight of items ordered.
The package will be shipped within 2 working days from the date of actual receipt of payment by the Publisher.
The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during your purchase and on the geographic location of the recipient.
With “Standard mail“, the delivery time usually is 7-14 days for Italy, 15-24 days for Europe, and 25-30 days for USA and the rest of the world.
With “Express Courier“, in most cases you will receive your books within 5 days from the time of your purchase.
Delivery. Once the Client has placed her/his order, an e-mail shall be sent by the Publisher confirming order receipt. Subsequently a second e-mail will be sent to the Client indicating that her/his order has been expedited. The Publisher will not be responsible for possible delays in the delivery due to the courier.
Upon delivery by the courier the Client should check the following:
– that the number of items delivered corresponds to what has been indicated in the order confirmation received by e-mail;
– that the packaging is intact and the item not damaged.
The mismatch in the number of books or damage to them should be immediately reported to the carrier making the delivery. Once signed the courier’s document, the customer can not make any objection about the status of the delivered books.
Possible damage concerning the physical integrity of the item(s) must be indicated to the Publisher within 7 days from the actual delivery date of the item(s).
In case the books cannot be delivered due to repeated absence of the customer at the specified address, the order will be canceled. In this case the goods can be sent again to the customer (even to another address) after a new payment of the shipping costs.
