General conditions. On the www.visionpubl.com website the sale to private parties and to professional operators of items from the catalogue of books and guides produced by the publishing house Vision srl (hereafter called the Publisher) is possible; said sale is carried out according to the Italian Law in terms of distance contracts. The sale is regulated by the present General Conditions that should be considered as an integral part of the sales contract. The Client is therefore invited, before confirming her/his purchase order, to carefully read the information included in the following conditions of sale. By placing her/his order the Client is thus confirming her/his acceptance of the conditions of sale ruling on that date.
Orders. By clicking on the shopping-cart icon from the book’s presentation page, you have access to on-line sales. After having selected the language and the number of copies requested, it is necessary to indicate the shipping data and choose the method of payment. To conclude the purchase contract, the order form sent by the Client to the Publisher through the website must be completed in all its parts and must contain all the elements necessary for the identification of the Client and of the ordered items as well as the exact indication of the place of delivery address. Once the order will have been placed the Client shall receive an emailed confirmation from the Publisher.
Price and availability. The price of the Publisher’s books are clearly indicated on the website and include VAT. To the item’s price must be added the cost of shipping the amount of which can vary in relation to the type of delivery requested. The costs applied are those indicated on the website at the time of the Client’s order. The prices of the single items can be subject to variations and therefore the prices which are presently indicated on the website, cancel and substitute those previously indicated. Under special circumstances the Publisher might not be in the position to assure the availability of all the items offered and therefore he should not be held liable for the temporary unavailability of one or more of his products. In case of an item not being available the Client shall be informed by e-mail. In case of payment already made, the Publisher reserves himself the possibility to propose another product as a substitute of same quality and price without any additional cost to the Client. In case this is not possible or in the case the Client does not accept substitute products, the Client may decide either to wait for the item being made available or to cancel his order, always, it is understood, without any additional cost.
Guarantees. The Publisher guarantees to deliver items identical to those indicated and described on the website. The essential characteristics of each item are presented in the related item’s fact sheet; the images shown on the website are provided to help the Client recognize the item; however the photos may not perfectly show all of the item’s aspects as it is delivered.
Interdictions. The purchase of one or more items does not grant the Client any other right whatsoever than that of the ownership of a so-called “private copy” and therefore the copying or reproduction of part or of the entirety of the work contained in the purchased item is forbidden. Any other un-authorized utilization is not allowed and shall be subject to the penalties foreseen by Italian Law L 633/41.
